“Hi, I am COBIN”

CoBin is an illustrator and painter based in Seoul, South Korea.
She studied Illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, and now works as a freelance artist, quietly observing and documenting moments from her everyday life.

Her work captures fleeting emotions—subtle thoughts and feelings that arise in ordinary moments. Each piece tells a short story, often drawn from personal memories, quiet incidents, or a passing sense of something tender.

Through her stories and artwork, CoBin hopes to preserve the delicate traces of her days and offer a small sense of comfort to those who’ve felt something similar.

“I wish to share glimpses of my mind and heart, hoping to comfort—or simply say hello—to those who carry similar feelings.”

코빈은 현재 대한민국에서 활동하고 있다. 그녀는 로드아일랜드디자인스쿨 (RISD) 에서 일러스트레이션 전공으로 공부하였으며, 현재는 프리랜스 일러스트레이터 또는 페인터로 활동 중 이다.

코빈의 작품은 그녀가 일상생활속에서 마주하는 감정이나 스치는 생각들을 표현한다. 각 작품들은 그녀가 마주쳤던 순간들과 그속안에서 마주했던 자신의 감정과 생각을 담은 이야기들로 구성되어있다.

코빈은 그녀의 작품과 그안의 이야기 들로 스쳐지나가는 본인의 일상속 순간들과 생각들을 그때의 감정과 함께 간직하고자 한다.
